KSP Specialty Pharmacy included in the Humana Limited Access Network

Effective May 1, 2023, KSP, McLaren's specialty pharmacy will be included in the Humana Limited Access Network and will be able to fill the following medications for our patients with Humana!

  • Caprelsa (vandetanib) - Thyroid Cancer
  • Gattex (teduglutide) - Short Bowel Syndrome
  • Gavreto (pralsetinib) - Non-small Cell Lung Cancer / Thyroid Cancer
  • Gilotrif (afatinib) - Non-small Cell Lung Cancer
  • Ofev (nintedanib) - Pulmonary Fibrosis / Interstitial Lung Disease
  • Promacta (eltrombopag) - Aplastic Anemia / Thrombocytopenia
  • Xolair (omalizumab) - Asthma / Rhinosinusitis / Urticaria
