Getting Started
At KSP, McLaren's Specialty Pharmacy, we have set up a method for you to directly partner with us on managing your treatment and health. As a patient of KSP, we encourage you to set up a patient account via our mobile app or website where you can manage your prescriptions, view the cost of a medication, verify the status of funding and ask a pharmacist a question.

Delivery Information
All prescriptions dispensed from KSP, McLaren's Specialty Pharmacy are directly shipped to the patient. KSP uses a regional carrier for delivery to decrease the delivery time.

Refill Reminders
Our team of clinical pharmacy specialists ensure that you have the medication needed on time by proactively contacting you approximately one week prior to your refill date. During this call the team will review current therapy, monitor for side effects, answer any questions, and schedule delivery of your refill. In the event there are no refills remaining a member of KSP will contact your provider to renew the prescription.
Treatment Support Kit
For every new patient with a new prescription, our pharmacy sends out a complimentary support kit along with their first fill.
Existing Patients
With KSP, McLaren's Specialty Pharmacy, prescriptions are made easy. You can refill prescriptions, check their statuses and set up reminders with ease.
